On January 12, 2022, Chambers and Partners, a trusted source in identifying the world’s leading law firms and lawyers, released its Chambers Greater China Region Guide. JunHe ranked highly in 21 different practice areas, and 48 top rankings were given to individual JunHe lawyers. The company was once again ranked Band One in seven practice areas; four JunHe partners were ranked as Senior Statespeople; five were ranked as Eminent Practitioners, and seven were ranked as Band One. JunHe partners Yi Fang, Qin Yu, Tang Weiyang and Xu Chumeng were highly ranked in two separate practice areas.
JunHe ranked Band One in a third of all the practice areas in which it was nominated. Among JunHe’s lawyers, 33% are still at the top of the Ratings, holding the title of Senior Statesperson, Eminent Practitioner or ranked Bond One, and 8% of JunHe’s previously rated lawyers are ranked higher than before in the areas of banking and finance, corporate/commercial matters, international trade/WTO (Shanghai office), litigation (representing respondents) and tax law matters.
