Professional Experience

Mr. Ma has practiced in the U.S. (Atlanta, Georgia), representing clients of various countries in domestic US matters and international business transactions, including joint ventures, cooperative ventures, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial litigation.


Mr. Ma joined JunHe in 1997 and currently practices in the Beijing office. He has since represented many multinational companies in direct investment and merger and acquisition projects in various industries, and served as lead counsel in a number of major transactions. For many years, he has also served as local counsel to some Fortune 500 companies handling their general corporate matters and projects in China and in some other countries in Asia. Additionally, he has extensive experience in handling compliance matters for multinational clients and involving legal issues under Chinese law and the laws of some other jurisdictions and enforcement agencies in China, the U.S. and some European countries.
