Mr. Wang joined JunHe in 2001. Mr. Wang has over 20 years of experience in practicing PRC labor and employment law.
Mr. Wang has advised multinational corporations and renowned Chinese companies on a full range of issues in the above practice areas, and represents clients in labor dispute cases in major cities throughout the country. Mr. Wang’s practice in PRC employment law includes advising on a broad spectrum of day to day employment laws issues, trade union and collective bargaining issues. He is experienced in drafting and revising employment contracts, employee handbooks, confidentiality and non-compete agreements, and also advising on employment law matters in connection with mergers & acquisition, company restructures and liquidation. Mr. Wang assists clients with conducting internal compliance investigation into the wrongdoings in connection with anti-bribery, prevention of conflict of interest, and prevention of sexual harassment at work, and dealing with those employees who committed wrongdoings.
Mr. Wang also frequently advise on legal issues in connection with trade secret projection and personal information protection, and assist clients with developing overall compliance schemes in such sectors.
