For instance, he represented Tencent in its strategic investment in Pinduoduo; represented Wolong Group in establishing a global strategic joint venture for automotive motors with Germany's ZF Group; and represented Wagas in receiving strategic investment from Advent. He has held positions as an official in foreign-related legal affairs within Shanghai's municipal government and served as the General Counsel for BlueScope China. Currently, he holds several prestigious roles, including Deputy Director of the Xuhui Lawyers Working Committee, part-time master's tutor at East China University of Political Science and Law, practical tutor at Fudan University Law School, public welfare mentor at Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, and member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Business Research Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association.
