On December 6, 2025 the legal media outlet GRCD hosted its GRCD Greater Bay Area Legal and Business Forum and Annual Industry Lawyers Guide Launch Ceremony in Shenzhen. Mr. XIAO, Wei is a founding partner of JunHe and has led JunHe's management committee eight times. With the courage and vision of a pioneer, he spearheaded the establishment of an integrated management system for human, financial and material resources, built a digital operation matrix, implemented the innovative 'Improved Lockstep' distribution mechanism, and launched the 'JunHe Friends Circle' initiative to empower industry prosperity. These efforts have laid a solid foundation for JunHe's steady development and the professionalization of the legal industry in China.
Beyond his professional work, Mr. Xiao holds several important social positions. He is a representative of the Beijing Municipal People's Congress, a legal advisor to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, a legal advisor to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, a member of the China Securities Regulatory Commission's Issuance Examination Committee, and a member of the Restructuring Committee. Mr. Xiao fulfills his social responsibilities with the commitment of a legal professional. He has been awarded many honors, such as the Chambers Greater China Lifetime Achievement Award and is a seven-time recipient of ALB's Managing Partner of the Year Award.
