Mr. Wei Huang joined JunHe in 2012 and provides diversified services in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. He is experienced in various kinds of restructurings as well as domestic and overseas listings, bond and stock issuance, mergers and acquisitions of listed companies, private equity funds investments and employee share schemes, having led over 100 projects.

In the field of capital markets, Mr. Huang's recent representative engagements include: ZTE’s (SZ.000063/HK. 00763) acquisition of the 5G project from ZTE Microelectronics, which was recognized by the Listed Companies Association as one of the "Top Ten Classic Cases of M&A and Restructuring in the Capital Market" for its tenth anniversary; the RMB 13 billion non-public issuance of A shares by ZTE (SZ.000063/HK. 00763), awarded the "Best Refinancing Project" at the 14th New Fortune Best Investment Bank Awards; the completion of A-round financing totaling RMB 18.3 billion (post-investment valuation approximately RMB 103.3 billion) for GAC Aion, honored as the "2022 Outstanding Transaction" by China Business Law Journal; and the RMB 8 billion ultra-short-term commercial paper issuance project for ZTE, nominated for the "Capital Markets: Domestic - Firm of the Year" award at the 2021 ALB China Law Awards.

Mr. Huang is a member of the internal audit team for securities projects of JunHe.

Mr. Huang currently serves as an expert member of the Expert Committee on Law-Based Administration in Nanshan District, Shenzhen.
