Mr. Wei Huang joined JunHe in 2012 and provides diversified services in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. He is experienced in various kinds of restructurings as well as domestic and overseas listings, bond and stock issuance, mergers and acquisitions of listed companies, private equity funds investments and employee share schemes.
In the field of the capital markets, Mr. Huang advised on the non-public issuance of A shares by ZTE (SZ.000063/HK. 00763), in an amount of RMB 13,000,000,000. This deal was awarded the Refinancing Project of the Year by the 14th New Fortune Best Investment Bank. He also advised on the issuance of super and short-term commercial paper of not more than RMB 8,000,000,000 by ZTE (SZ.000063/HK. 00763), which was nominated in the 2021 ALB China Law Awards Firm of the Year, Capital Markets: Domestic.
Mr. Huang is a member of the internal audit team for securities projects of JunHe.
Recently, Mr. Huang has been recognized as one of "2023 Young Lawyer of the Year: South China & Central China - Non Local" from Asia Law Business, “LexisNexis® 40 UNDER 40 2024 Asia List", LEGALBAND Elite List: Top 20 Commercial Lawyer", the “Top 10 Outstanding Young Lawyers of 2022” by CLECSS.
