His expertise has been widely recognized through his involvement in high-profile legislative and academic initiatives. He has authored dozens of professional legal articles published on JunHe Legal Review and has been invited by the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Justice to serve as a legal expert on multiple legislation projects, including the drafting of the PRC Foreign Investment Law and its Implementing Regulations. Mr. Zheng was awarded the title of “LexisNexis Outstanding Author” for his contribution to the Compliance Practice Handbook for Foreign-Invested Enterprises in Transition Period.
