On May 19, 2023, Guangdong Deerma Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "DEERMA" or the "Company") was successfully listed on the SZSE GEM with the code: 301332. DEERMA issued 92.3125 million new shares in this A-share IPO at the issuance price of RMB 14.81 per share, raising a total of RMB 1.367 billion.
DEERMA is an innovative home electrical appliance brand founded in July 2011. It focuses on the integration of its independent R&D, original designs, self-owned production, and standalone sales networks. The Company's brands include DEERMA, Philips and Weixin and its product categories include small home appliances, water purification, personal health care, and home sanitation.
JunHe, as the PRC legal counsel for the issuer, performed professional legal services throughout the entire process of this IPO project. This included pre-IPO standardized operations, the introduction of institutional investors, shareholding reform, applications for the IPO, and responding to concerns raised by the SZSE and the CSRC. As the US legal counsel, JunHe issued US legal opinions on matters related to DEERMA’s US subsidiary.
