Since joining JunHe Beijing office in 2005, Ms. Lu has over ten-year experience. She has focused on corporate law and M&A, private equity and capital markets, as well as foreign direct investments. She serves clients from various industries such as manufacturing, health care and medication, tourism, education, energy and real estate.
Ms. Lu has in-depth knowledge of and extensive experience in deal structuring, document drafting, negotiation and legal opinion issuance.
Ms. Lu graduated from Law School, University of Leicester, England with LL.M. in International Commercial Law. She graduated from Fudan University in 2000 and obtaining her LL.B.
Ms. Lu is a member of the All China Lawyers Association and Beijing Lawyers Association.
Ms. Lu speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese and English.
