XIE, Zheng Partner

Professional Experience

Ms. Zheng Xie is a partner at JunHe’s Beijing office. She joined the firm in 2000.


Since joining JunHe, Ms. Xie has focused on the areas of foreign direct investment, M&A and capital markets. She serves clients from various industries such as manufacturing, retailing, lodging, telecom, high-tech, financial institutions and real estate. Ms. Xie has represented a number of multinational companies and leading investment banks in their investment and acquisition transactions in China and provides counseling to dozens of companies in their overseas listing, financing and acquisition projects. Ms. Xie has in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in deal structuring, document drafting, negotiation and legal opinion issuance.


Ms. Xie also specializes in the infrastructure and utility sectors and has successfully represented local governments in their infrastructure projects, particularly with regard to the introduction to foreign participation.

Education

Ms. Xie graduated from Sheffield University, England with an LL.M in Commercial Law. She also holds an LL.B degree in Economic Law from the China University of Legal and Political Science (1999).
