Professional Experience

From 1992 to 1999, Ms. Ally Huang worked for the credit administration department of China Construction Bank Huicheng Sub-branch.


From 1999 to 2003, Ms. Ally Huang practiced law at Guangdong Guangxin Law Firm.


From 2003 to 2011, Ms. Ally Huang joined King & Wood as a senior associate and was named a partner then.


In September 2011, Ms. Ally Huang joined JunHe as a partner and is currently based at the Guangzhou Office. Ms. Huang’s main areas of practice include securities, merger and acquisition and corporate restructuring. Ms. Huang specializes in handling legal issues related to corporate restructuring and IPO, as well as merger and acquisition and the corporate restructuring of listed companies. Ms. Huang has been involved as the Lawyer in Charge of IPO, corporate restructuring, and merger and acquisition for many large state–owned enterprises, media enterprises and real-estate enterprises.

Education

Ms. Huang received her Bachelor of Investment Economics from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 1992 and Master of Law from Remin University of China in 2002.

Ms. Huang was admitted as a PRC lawyer in 1999 and has practiced law for over 10 years. 


Ms. Huang also possesses the practicing qualification of real estate appraiser, the intermediate qualification of building economist and the intermediate qualification of accountant.
