Ms. LIANG, Ying specializes in cross-border legal services, particularly in cross-border investment, financing and mergers and acquisitions. She excels in assisting domestic enterprises in going global and overseas enterprises in their 'localization', helping her clients meet the requirements of different global jurisdictions. In complex transaction projects, Ms. Liang assists companies with their transaction path design and provides integrated legal services. She has been involved in multiple Hong Kong Stock Exchange projects, including the first specialized technology company listing under Chapter 18C of the SEHK and its subsequent placement projects, providing professional judgment and assisting clients to successfully complete projects.
