Ms. Ying Liang joined JunHe in 2014 and is based in our Shenzhen office. Before joining JunHe, Ms. Liang worked in the New York office of a leading US law firm.
Ms. Liang specializes in corporate and M&A, capital markets, and banking and finance and has advised domestic and international clients from industries including consumer goods, retail, artificial intelligence and seed technology.
