Asian Legal Business (ALB) recently announced their Asia Super 50 Dispute Lawyers 2023. The winners were selected based on high-profile cases they handled, clients’ recommendations and feedback from the market. JunHe partners Philip Kwok and Tsui, Minglun (Alan Tsui) were honored for their outstanding performance in dispute resolution.
Mr. Philip Kwok is based in JunHe’s Hong Kong office. Prior to joining JunHe, Mr. Kwok worked in the Beijing and Hong Kong offices of various international law firms for nearly 16 years. He has extensive experience in complex cross-border commercial dispute resolution, regulatory investigations and compliance, technology and e-commerce related disputes, as well as compliance and advisory work. Mr. Kwok is familiar with legal environments in Hong Kong, mainland China and the United States and is recognized as an expert in cross-border dispute resolution. He has advised clients on investigations undertaken by regulatory authorities in Hong Kong, including securities regulators, government agencies, and various cultural and tourism authorities.

Mr. Tsui, Minglun (Alan Tsui) is a partner in JunHe’s Hong Kong office and has over 19 years of practicing experience. He focuses on commercial dispute resolution, internal investigations of listed companies (including shareholder and director disputes, and civil and commercial fraud investigations), insolvency, winding-up and restructuring applications, cross-border arbitration, enforcement of judgments, enforcement of guarantee contracts, recovery of collateral and employment disputes. Mr. Tsui has represented various domestic and foreign companies from different industries in complex cross-border disputes and has developed extensive experience in cross-jurisdictional dispute resolution.
