Tsui, Minglun (Alan Tsui) Partner

Professional Experience

Mr Tsui is a partner in JunHe’s Hong Kong office and has 22 years of practising experience. His main practice areas include commercial dispute resolution, corporate restructuring and winding up, and labour disputes.


Mr Tsui has extensive experience in commercial and company disputes, civil fraud investigations of listed companies, insolvency, enforcement of securities, and employment disputes.


In court or during arbitration proceedings, Mr Tsui has successfully obtained interim relief, including injunctions, on behalf of his clients numerous times against shareholders, directors and debtors for breach of agreement or fiduciary duties, and eventually obtaining final judgements / awards.


Mr Tsui graduated from the University of Sydney, and became qualified in NSW, Australia and Hong Kong in 2002 and 2008 respectively.
