On March 12, 2020, Cirtek Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Cirtek”, stock code: 1433) was successfully listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Co., Ltd. Cirtek issued 500 million shares at a price of HK $0.25 per share.
Cirtek principally manufactures and sells apparel labels and trim products. According to Frost & Sullivan, Cirtek’s revenue in 2018 ranks fifth in the apparel label and trim product manufacturing market in China. Cirtek mainly sells its products to apparel manufacturers in the United States and Europe.
Acting as the PRC legal counsel to the issuer, Cirtek, JunHe has been providing legal services to the issuer since December 2018, and did a good job in completing legal due diligence, issuance of PRC legal opinions, reviewing and revisions of prospectus and project documents, interview with governmental authorities and assistance in answering the feedbacks from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
