岗位职责Responsibilities：
该职位将涉及协助商业诉讼、仲裁和调解事宜。
This role involves assisting in commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation matters.
准备法律诉状、动议、法律文书、证据开示请求和其他文件;
Prepare legal pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other filings;
对各种案件相关问题进行法律和事实研究;
Conduct legal and factual research on various case-related issues;
分析案卷材料，制定法律索赔和辩护策略;
Analyze case file and strategize legal claims and defenses;
根据资深律师的需要提供协助。
Support senior associates as needed.
岗位要求Qualifications:
美国知名法学院法学博士/法学硕士在读或应届毕业生，成绩优异;
Current or recent graduate of JD/LL.M. from a prestigious law school in the United States with good credentials;
能够用中英文进行工作和沟通;
Capable of working and communicating in both Chinese and English;
全职实习，为期三个月。优先考虑现场办公；如果位于美国，可以接受远程工作;
This is a full-time intern position that will last for three months. On-site working preferred; remote working acceptable if located in the United States;
学习过争议解决相关课程，并对争议解决业务领域有浓厚兴趣;
Took courses related to dispute resolution and have a strong interest in dispute resolution.
