Mr. Feng specializes in corporate restructuring, reorganization, domestic and off-shore IPOs, various types of securities offerings and debt financing, strategic investments, and M&A activities involving listed companies. Mr. Feng has represented banks and other financial institutions in capital operation projects and has offered legal counsel regarding the formation, merger, acquisition, securities issuance, domestic and off-shore IPOs, and refinancing of numerous commercial banks. He has played a pivotal role in the reform and risk mitigation of many small and medium-sized financial institutions. Ms. Zhao administered over 100 international commercial arbitrations at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). Her expertise lies in complex cross-border dispute resolution, and she is familiar with the arbitration rules of both domestic and foreign arbitration institutions, as well as various ad hoc arbitration rules. Ms. Zhao serves as an adjunct professor at China University of Political Science and Law and is a part-time mentor of the "International Lawyer Training Programme". Her outstanding contributions have earned her recognition as an “Up and Coming” lawyer in the field of arbitration by both Chambers Global and Greater China. She has also been recognised as a “Next Generation Partner” by the Legal 500, and a “Future Star” in International Arbitration by the Benchmark Litigation China.
