Mr. Tao Sun is a partner at JunHe, joining the firm in 2003 and he practices in the Beijing office.
After joining JunHe in 2003, Mr. Sun has focused on intellectual property, competition, and dispute resolution law. He has successfully represented many multinational and domestic companies in trademark, copyright, domain name, unfair competition and other IP issues, and his services cover both contentious and non-contentious matters. He also represents many clients in their daily legal needs. Mr. Sun advises on a broad range of other matters, including advising clients on foreign investment and merger and acquisition issues, especially when IP plays an important role in the transaction.
