Mr. Min Sensen (Sam) joined JunHe in 2014. He specializes in patent matters, including intellectual property due diligence, patent applications, patent invalidity and infringement proceedings, and intellectual property compliance.
Mr. Min has extensive experience in intellectual property due diligence. He has represented prominent investment institutions in conducting due diligence on the patent portfolios and patent infringement risks of target companies, particularly for companies in the medical device, electronic and intelligent manufacturing industries.
Mr. Min has drafted and handled hundreds of Chinese, US, and PCT patent applications, specializing in medical devices, semiconductors, autonomous driving, and intelligent manufacturing. He has also provided consulting services on intellectual property compliance to domestic enterprises, assisting them in establishing and enhancing their intellectual property management systems.
Mr. Min has also handled multiple patent invalidation and litigation cases. With extensive experience in patent law and a thorough understanding of technology, he has assisted clients in resolving complex legal issues.
Mr. Min obtained a Bachelor of Engineering from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and a Master of Laws from East China University of Political Science and Law.
Mr. Min is a licensed attorney in the P.R.C and a registered patent agent at the China National Intellectual Property Administration.
