Ms. Wu joined JunHe in 2011 and is based in our Shanghai office. She has been engaged in patent-related legal services since 2004.
Ms. Wu’s practice includes patent prosecution, patent reexamination, patent invalidation, patent litigation, legal opinions on patent infringement, technology transfer and IP due diligence. She preliminarily focuses on medical devices, automobiles, telecommunications, energy, computer sciences, automation, electrical and electronic engineering.
Ms. Wu has handled thousands of patent applications in China and overseas on behalf of well-known companies and universities in the US, Europe, Japan and China, served as a court lawyer in dozens of patent invalidation and patent infringement cases involving medical devices, automobile accessory, textile machinery and etc., and participated in numerous freedom-to-operate analysis and intellectual property due diligence projects relating to medical devices and mechanical and electronic industry. Ms. Wu also acts as the IP counsel of a well-known global medical company and participates in IP management of the company, and she has bulk experiences in establishing and optimizing IP policy for different companies.
