On March 10, 2026, Yixin Group Limited (Yixin Group) successfully completed the drawdown of its first overseas syndicated loan through its subsidiary, Yixin Group Hong Kong Limited. The total amount of the syndicated loan is equivalent to USD 150 million, with a term of three years. The syndicated loan was jointly led and booked by Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited and Bank of Communications Macau Branch. The funds raised will be used primarily to repay existing debt and supplement overseas business liquidity. This syndicated loan marks Yixin Group's first overseas syndicated loan and represents a significant breakthrough in the field of overseas debt financing for the company.

JunHe's Beijing office was responsible for the foreign debt application with the National Development and Reform Commission, reviewing the loan documents and issuing legal opinions from a Chinese law perspective.
