JunHe Advises Changsha Jinzhou Xincheng on its Issuance of Offshore RMB Green Bonds

In October 2024, Changsha Jinzhou Xincheng Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. ("Changsha Jinzhou Xincheng") successfully issued RMB 500 million 3-year green bonds at an interest rate of 4.99% (the "Bonds"). The Bonds were listed on the Chongwa (Macao) Financial Asset Exchange on October 25, 2024.


Changsha Jinzhou Xincheng was established in 2017 and is wholly owned by the Management Committee of the Ningxiang High-tech Industrial Park. Its business includes infrastructure construction, land development, land leveling and development, house leasing, and trade. Changsha Jinzhou Xincheng has expanded into other fields, such as real estate management, sales, wastewater treatment, and land sales.


As international legal counsel to the issuer, JunHe’s Hong Kong team drafted the offering circular for the bond issuance, negotiated and amended the transaction documents, and provided whole-process legal services relating to the foreign legal issues involved in this project.
