JunHe’s Client Recognized as a World Bank CKSP Model Compliance Enterprise

The World Bank recently announced the first ever Compliance Knowledge Sharing Platform (“CKSP”) and model compliance enterprises on its official website. China Machinery Industry Construction Group Inc. (“SINOCONST”), a client coached by JunHe’s multilateral development bank (“MDB”) compliance team, was honored on the list. The World Bank emphasized that the establishment of CKSP will facilitate the exchange of knowledge regarding integrity and compliance management among enterprises around the world, and will improve the compliance management of global enterprises in their business development.

There are only ten enterprises on the list. This includes five large-scale enterprises and five small and medium-scale ones, only two of which are Chinese enterprises. The listing of SINOCONST, a large-scale Chinese central state-owned company, highlights its advanced compliance management in China and indeed the world.

JunHe’s MDB compliance team helped SINOCONST establish a management system based on the internationally recognized MDB compliance standards. They coached SINOCONST during its continuous growth and its implementation of the compliance management system over the years. “This is another success in the development of the enterprise's compliance system, which could not have been achieved without the help of the JunHe team.
