JunHe Assists Highlight Capital in its Establishment of an RMB Phase IV Fund

Recently, JunHe acted as the exclusive legal counsel for Highlight Capital’s fundraising, assisting the company to complete the establishment of an RMB phase IV fund, its first ever fundraising. The total scale was RMB3.2 billion, and the total amount of the first phase was close to 80% of the fundraising scale. The follow-up raising is still in progress, and nearly 90% of the existing investors reinvested.
