This role involves assisting in commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation matters.

• 准备法律诉状、动议、法律文书、证据开示请求和其他文件;

  Prepare legal pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other filings;

• 对各种案件相关问题进行法律和事实研究;

  Conduct legal and factual research on various case-related issues;

• 分析案卷材料，制定法律索赔和辩护策略;

  Analyze case file and strategize legal claims and defenses;

• 与客户和其他各方进行沟通;

  Communicating with clients and other parties;

• 根据资深律师的需要提供协助。

  Support senior attorneys as needed.

岗位要求Qualifications:

• 纽约州执业律师资格；具有中国法律从业资格者优先;

  Licensed in New York; Chinese law qualification is a plus;

• 拥有美国知名法学院的法学博士学位，成绩优异;

  JD from a prestigious US law school with good credentials;

• 能够用中英文进行工作和沟通;

  Capable of working and communicating in both Chinese and English;

• 具有较强的法律研究、写作、引用格式检查、校对（中英文）和分析能力。

  Proven strong legal research, writing, Bluebooking, proofreading (both Chinese and English), and analytic skills.

协助合伙人和律师处理各项中美法律事务，包括公司治理、投资交易和合规。

Assist partners and associates with various U.S.-China legal matters, including general corporate governance, investments and transactions, and compliance. 

岗位要求Qualifications：

• 美国知名法学院法学博士/法学硕士在读或应届毕业生，成绩优异; 

  Current or recent graduate of JD/LL.M. from a prestigious law school in the United States with good credentials; 

• 能够用中英文进行工作和沟通; 

  Capable of working and communicating in both Chinese and English; 

• 全职实习，为期三个月。优先考虑现场办公；如果位于美国，可以接受远程工作。

  This is a full-time intern position that will last for three months. On-site working preferred; remote working acceptable if located in the United States.
