Ms. Yao graduated with honors from Columbia Law School and was named a James Kent Scholar. She joined JunHe in 2021. Ms. Yao has advised many listed and non-listed companies on their M&As, sales transactions, restructurings, foreign investments and divestments, daily corporate affairs, as well as private equity and venture capital investments. She has played a key role in several high-profile large transactions, demonstrating her outstanding expertise and extensive experience in the commercial law.
