Ms. ZHAO, Tingting is the head of JunHe’s tax team and provides services in tax law, family wealth and inheritance. She advises domestic and international clients on investments, M&As and restructuring, foreign-related tax, CRS system design and compliance declaration, goods and services tax, individual income tax, real estate tax, invoice management and other tax law related issues. She also assists in tax dispute resolution, such as tax inspections, tax administrative reconsideration and tax administrative litigations.
