On March 22, 2021, Asian Legal Business (ALB) published the list of 2021 China Top 15 M&A Lawyers. JunHe partner Mr. ZHANG, Jianwei was named as one of the top 15 M&A lawyers in China.
For over 20 years, Mr. Zhang as a major participant has provided comprehensive legal services to many domestic and foreign companies in their M&A, restructuring, reform, listing, investment and financing activities. He advises a number of domestic and international companies on routine corporate legal affairs, including but not limited to providing perennial legal services to China Merchants Group, China Merchants Finance Holdings, China Merchants Bank, China Merchants Energy Shipping, China Merchants Port Holdings, ZTE Corporation, China Vanke and Hualian Development Group.
