Since the opening of the STAR Market, Mr. Shi has been at the forefront of reform. From 2009 to 2011, he served as a member of the first and second China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) Issuance Examination Committee. When the first GEM Issuance Examination Committee was formed, the CSRC publicly listed 77 candidates, including 18 from law firms, and Mr. Shi was among them.
