On December 5th, 2025, the ALB China Regional Law Awards ceremony 2025: South China & Central China was held in Shenzhen. JunHe partner Ms. WANG, Wei was named Female Lawyer of the Year: South China & Central China - Non Local. JunHe partner Mr. WEI, Wei attended the award ceremony.
Ms. WANG, Wei joined JunHe in July 2015. Over her 20-year career, she has led more than 100 cases involving bankruptcy restructuring, debt restructuring, bankruptcy liquidation, dissolution liquidation and corporate restructuring. This includes the restructuring of listed companies, the bankruptcy liquidation of securities companies, the merger and restructuring of dozens of affiliated companies, the dissolution and liquidation of large Sino-foreign joint ventures and derivative litigation in bankruptcy restructuring procedures. Ms. Wang is skilled at managing challenging cases involving high debt and multiple parties. She is heavily involved in industry development, and is the Chairperson of the Liquidation and Bankruptcy Committee of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association and a council member of the Guangzhou Bankruptcy Administrators Association. Ms. Wang has edited business guides and practical monographs and has been recognized on other authoritative lists, showcasing her leading position and influence in the bankruptcy business field.
