Ms. YI, Fang specializes in new energy, infrastructure and asset securitization. Ms. WANG, Man (Shelley) is one of the heads of JunHe’s Finance Group and focuses on the establishment and raising of private equity funds, investment and financing, and the use of insurance capital. Her clients include leading private equity institutions, government guidance funds, market-oriented funds of funds, insurance/brokerage and other financial institutions, listed companies, large state-owned enterprises, wealth institutions and family offices. Ms. Wang assists clients in preparing private funds in various structures, designing efficient and flexible fund organizations, and building incentive mechanisms. She has represented private equity funds, investment institutions and well-known enterprises in many large-scale, complex and innovative projects and provides legal services for the entire life cycle of private equity funds from establishment to liquidation. Ms. Wang has been rated as a leading/highly recommended lawyer in the fields of investment funds, private equity, and corporate mergers and acquisitions by IFLR1000 and The Legal 500 for five consecutive years.
Ms. LEI, Tianxiao has extensive experience in overseas bonds, panda bonds, mergers and acquisitions and private equity investment. She has completed several milestone panda bond and overseas bond projects, such as Air Liquide’s Panda Bond Project (the first panda bonds issued with a guaranteed structure) and Xiaomi Group’s Panda Bond Project (the first small red-chip corporate and VIE structured panda bonds). In the field of mergers and acquisitions and private equity investment, Ms. Lei has provided legal services for several domestic and foreign financial institutions, large state-owned enterprises and private equity funds, covering a wide range of industries such as the Internet, high-tech, finance, insurance, real estate, and medical care. She acts as a registration expert at the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors and has been included in the Beijing Lawyers Association’s foreign-related lawyer talent pool.
