With more than 20 years of practice in the field of technology IP, Dr. Wang has handled many patent, know-how, computer software and other intellectual property matters and accumulated rich experience in both the theoretical and practical aspects of civil patent and administrative invalidation litigation. He is a qualified Chinese lawyer and patent attorney, holds a doctorate degree in engineering and an EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School, and has acted for many years as an independent director of listed companies. Dr. Wang’s unique cross-disciplinary background enables him to provide advice to leading global enterprises regarding macro patent management strategies, as well as legal services such as technology licensing and transactions, SEP/FRAND analysis and evaluation, and in-depth IP due diligence for corporate investment and financing. He excels at resolving all kinds of patent and technology IP disputes and providing analytical opinions on IP compliance risk management.
