Asian Legal Business (ALB) recently announced the "2022 Asian Transaction Lawyers of the Year" and JunHe partner Mr. WANG, Yi was named on the list. This award focuses on the performance of outstanding lawyers in market transactions over the past year, who have been able to navigate the ever-changing market and policy landscape with their legal expertise and keen market insight.
Over the past 20 years, Mr. WANG, Yi has been involved in domestic and overseas IPOs, bond and equity offerings, the M&A of listed companies, private equity fund raising and investments. He has represented clients in over 50 domestic and overseas IPO projects. In the past year, Mr. Wang has successfully handled the A-share IPO of Smart Giant, the listing of Atour Lifestyle Holdings Limited on the NASDAQ , the dual listing of Xiaopeng Motors on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the RMB Fundraising Phase IV of Highlight Capital, the A-share IPO of Primarius Technologies and the RMB Fundraising Phase II of BioTrack Capital.
