Lixin Cui Partner

Professional Experience

Ms. Cui has represented various multinational and domestic companies as well as private equity and venture capital firms, concerning their investments and business transactions in China and overseas since joining in JunHe in 1993. Her work has involved a broad range of industries including telecommunications, the Internet, high technology, electronics, education, medical business, media, publications, clean energy, transport, water supply, banking and insurance. Ms. Cui has also provided professional services to many hi-tech companies, particularly in the areas of corporate restructuring, financing and public offerings.


From August 1994 through January 1996, Ms. Cui worked at the New York offices of O’Melveny & Myers, Schulte Roth & Zabel as well as at the New York office of JunHe.


In recognition, Asia Law & Practice named Ms. Cui as one of Asia Law’s ‘Leading Lawyers’.
