ZHOU, Quanli Counsel

Professional Experience

Mr. Zhou Quanli has extensive experience in bankruptcy   reorganization and liquidation, trusts, non-performing asset (NPA)   acquisition and disposal, and special opportunity investments. He has served   as a bankruptcy administrator in many bankruptcy reorganization, bankruptcy   liquidation and compulsory liquidation cases, and he has represented   creditors, debtors and shareholders in bankruptcy and debt restructuring   cases. These have been across diverse industries including listed companies,   non-ferrous metals, real estate, chemical engineering, construction, machinery   manufacturing,education and training.


Mr. Zhou gained experience in trusts, asset management, NPA   acquisition and disposal, and investment and financing(particularly in structured financing) during his long   tenure at a trust company prior to joining JunHe. He is a rare specialist in   China with a background in bankruptcy practice and trust business and this   unique combination enables him to provide solutions for complex projects and transactions   by integrating legal, commercial and financial perspectives.
