Mr. Wang Zaiqian has specialized in patent legal services since 2011. He has worked at prominent patent firms in France and China and has solid practical experience in both international and domestic patent practice. Mr. Wang joined JunHe's Beijing office in 2020.
With a dual background in technology and law, Mr. Wang specializes in full cycle patent legal services, including patent civil litigation, patent prosecution, reexamination, invalidation and administrative litigation. He has handled complex IP cases involving advanced technologies and his practice covers a wide range of technical fields, including telecommunications, electronics, computer software, semiconductors and mechanical engineering.
Mr. Wang has also conducted in depth research on open source software licenses and has extensive practical experience in this area.
