Professional Experience

Ms. Dong Weiqi has provided a wide range of legal services to private enterprises, state-owned enterprises, private equity funds and foreign-funded enterprises. She has rich project experience in A/H share IPOs, regulatory and compliance for listed companies, mergers and acquisitions and PE/VC investments.


Ms. Dong advised on the IPO of Han’s Laser CNC, Winona’s parent company Botanne's IPO and CALB's IPO. She advised on the stock exchange absorption merger between Wangfujing and Shoushang, the major asset restructuring and tender offer by Xintai Natural Gas to acquire the Hong Kong listed AAG Energy, and Hainan Rubber Group’s tender acquisition of the Singapore listed company Halcyon Agri. Ms. Dong also advised on Qumei’s major asset restructuring, and the tender acquisition and privatization of the Norwegian listed company Ekornes.

Education

Ms. Dong graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Civil & Commercial Laws. She furthered her studies at University of California, Los Angeles, gaining a Master of Commercial Laws.
