Ms. Xinyi Wang’s practice focuses on capital market, corporate and M&A. Prior to joining JunHe, she worked at Beijing office of leading international law firms. 

Ms. Wang has extensive experience in overseas capital markets. She has represented many well-known companies and financial institutions in Hong Kong and U.S. initial public offerings, and provides post-listing compliance advice for many Hong Kong and U.S. listed companies. These cover  industries including technology, healthcare, biotechnology, consumer goods, education and real estate.
