Mr. Dengne Chen joined JunHe in 2025 and practices at the firm’s Chongqing office. His main practice areas are civil and commercial dispute resolution, corporate and M&As. Mr. Deng has provided legal services and acted as legal counsel for large enterprises in Chongqing such as China Chang'an Automobile Group, Ping An Insurance, China Great Wall Asset Management, Bank of China Consumer Finance and Chongqing Lifan Holdings. He has also acted for the Bank of Chongqing, Chongqing Xintianze Industrial Group, Chongqing Jingtou Investment Group, Chongqing Construction Engineering, Chongqing Hengsen Industrial Group and Sichuan Yongtuo Industrial Group, in large transactions worth billions of yuan.
