Mr. Haifeng Yang specializes in capital markets and corporate and M&A. He has participated in many highly complex projects, including domestic and overseas corporate restructuring and listings, private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions and asset management.  Mr. Yang provides legal services  and corporate governance for multiple enterprises (including several listed companies), and assists these enterprises in their daily compliance operations and information disclosures.

Mr. Yang has advised on many representative projects including the spin-off listing of Yonyou Auto Information Technology (Shanghai) on the STAR Market, the listing of Focus Hotmelt on the ChiNext and the listing of Hansong (Nanjing) Technology on the ChiNext. He advised on the listing of Keboda Technology on the SSE Main Board, the listing of China East Education on the HKEX Main Board and the acquisition of Jiangyin Jianghua micro-Electronic Materials, a listed company on the SSE Main Board. Mr. Yang also advised on the acquisition of OMH Science Group, a listed company on the ChiNext, represented the financial advisor to assist COSCO Shipping Holdings and Shanghai International Port （Group）in the joint tender offer to acquire Orient Overseas (International), and represented Transwarp Technology（Shanghai）in completing its Series D and Series E rounds of equity financing. He represented a USD fund in an equity investment of a well-known assisted reproductive institution, represented Gaorong Ventures in the investment of a metal forming equipment production enterprise in Ningbo, and represented FG Venture’s completion in an investment project in a film material production enterprise in Ningbo. Mr. Yang represented a gene sequencing equipment manufacturing enterprise in its Series A+ round equity financing, and represented Prometheus Capital in its sale of serval consumer industry investments to a USD fund and its affiliated RMB fund.

Mr. Yang participated in the English to Chinese translation of What We Talk About When We Talk About Shareholder Primacy, which was published in March 2025 in the 41st volume of the Securities Law Forum (CSSCI).
