LEI, Rongfei Counsel

Professional Experience

Mr. Rongfei Lei has extensive experience in the dispute resolution, shipping, logistics, trade and energy sectors. He provides legal services such as permanent legal counsel, domestic and cross-border litigation, arbitration, enforcement procedures and investment & M&A transactions to multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises and government agents. Mr. Lei has represented clients in litigation and arbitration cases and non-contentious projects involving shipbuilding & trading, land and accommodation leasing, maritime accidents, trade, investment disputes, port operation disputes, cross-border arbitration/litigation procedures, and the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards.


Mr. Lei was recognised as one of Guangzhou’s leading foreign-related lawyers and a member of Guangdong Province’s emerging foreign-related legal talent pool. He was selected in the first cohort of Guangzhou’s Outstanding Young Lawyers "Soaring Talent Program".
