Mr. Alan Chen focuses his practice on public and private M&As, private equity, Hong Kong capital markets, listed company compliance, and Hong Kong regulatory matters. He advises clients across a variety of industries including biopharmaceuticals, energy, investment funds, financial institutions, and consumer goods.
After obtaining a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Hong Kong Baptist University, Alan read law at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and obtained a Juris Doctor and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws.
