Professional Experience

Olivia is a Registered Foreign Lawyer (New York) of Jun He Law Offices based in Hong Kong.  She has over a decade of experience representing issuers and investment banks in the Greater China Region on a variety of equity and debt capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings in the U.S. and Hong Kong, U.S. follow-on offerings, high-yield and investment-grade notes offerings, liability management transactions, debt restructurings, U.S. securitizations and U.S. going private transactions. She has also advised U.S. listed, China-based companies on their annual compliance and corporate governance matters.  Olivia’s experience spans a variety of sectors including renewable energy, real estate, education, mining and metals, TMT, e-commerce, digital infrastructure, manufacturing and consumer sectors. 


Prior to joining JunHe, Olivia had worked at the Hong Kong and New York offices of Milbank, as well as the Hong Kong office of Allen & Overy (now A&O Shearman) and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
