Mr. Li Haifeng joined JunHe in 2021 and practices in JunHe’s Hangzhou office. Prior to joining JunHe, he was the deputy general manager and board secretary of a listed company in charge of its initial public offering and A-share listing in China. Mr. Li has also worked in the Hangzhou office of a leading law firm.
Mr. Li focuses on capital market practice and specializes in Chinese A-share listings, corporate M&A and restructuring, and private equity/venture capital.
He has assisted companies such as JASAN GROUP (SH.603558), MINKAVE (SZ.300506), HAIBO (SZ.300517), SHENGXUNDA (SZ.300518) and COCO (SZ.301009) in their successful IPOs.
In the field of refinancing, M&As and the restructuring of listed companies, Mr. Li has provided legal services for companies such as YXGF (SZ.300305), MR (SZ.300760), GREENLAND HOLDINGS (SH.600606) and TRANSFAR ZHILIAN (SZ.002010).
Mr. Li has also provided full legal services for several equity investment and financing projects.
