Mr. Yuan Yuheng (Alex) joined JunHe in 2022 and specializes in cross-border dispute resolution. Before joining a law firm, he worked at an international trade company and practiced in various sectors in the export and import business.
Mr. Yuan represents clients in overseas arbitration administrated by ICC, SIAC, HKIAC, JAMS, CIETAC, BAC, SHIAC and ad hoc arbitrations, as well as in proceedings for the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards before Chinese courts. He handles complex commercial litigation and disputes such as the international sale of goods, commodity trade, transportation, settlement, insurance, technology services and licensing, and emission reduction transactions.
Mr. Yuan has published multiple articles on international arbitration and cross-border dispute resolution in journals including Arbitration and Law, and the Journal of International Arbitration. From 2021 to 2023, he was a regional representative of the ICC Young Arbitrator and ADR Forum (YAAF) North Asia Chapter.
