Mr. Han Wenji joined JunHe in November 2021 and is currently based in the Shanghai office. Mr. Han has been working in South Korea for nearly 10 years and has accumulated extensive experience in South Korea-related business.

Mr. Han has experience in dozens of Korean court lawsuits, objections, provisional seizure/injunction cases, and investigations by the Korean authorities on Chinese companies. This includes investigations on crimes, taxation, customs, labor commissions, Fair Trade Commissions and anti-dumping.

Mr. Han has participated in many cross-border direct investments, fund investments, mergers and acquisitions, and liquidation and asset integration projects and provided comprehensive advice to companies regarding their cross-border operations.
