Ms. Zhu Yuanyuan (Lexie) has extensive experience in capital market, corporate and M&A, capital market regulation and compliance. She specializes in domestic and foreign listing projects, domestic and foreign major asset restructuring, investment and financing projects, refinancing projects and listed company compliance.

Ms. Zhu’s representative transactions include the IPO of Perfect Group, the IPO of CVTE, the IPO of Guangzhou Lushan New Materials, and the IPO of Hallsmart Intelligence. She advised on the reorganization of the shipping resources of Qiongzhou Strait North Coast and the asset reorganization of Fujian Green Pine, the asset reorganization of Guangdong Provincial Expressway Development and the asset reorganization of Guangdong Hongda Holding Group.

Ms. Zhu co-authored The Whole Process of HR: A Complete Book of the Latest Enterprises' Human Resource Quick Checks and Quick Uses，which was published by the Chinese Law Press. 

In 2019, Yuexiu Group’s issuance of preference shares, which Ms. Zhu advised on, was awarded the "Business Achievement Award" by the Guangzhou Lawyers Association. In the same year, the reorganization of shipping resources by Qiongzhou Strait North Coast, in which Ms. Zhu participated as key personnel, was awarded the "Business Achievement Award" by the Guangzhou Lawyers Association.

Ms. Zhu has been recognized in the ‘Emerging Talent Pool of Foreign-related Lawyers’ in Guangdong Province and is an expert in the "Going Global" list of Chinese enterprises.
