Professional Experience

Ms. Li Shengjie (Selina) joined JunHe in 2014 and is currently based in the Beijing office. She focuses on foreign and outbound investment, M&As and other corporate areas and has vast experience in industry sectors such as energy, automobiles, telecom, healthcare, chemicals, retail and education.


Ms. Li provides legal services for foreign investment and has represented leading multinational companies in their greenfield investments, M&As, restructurings, exits and other general corporate matters. 


She has represented large-scale SOEs, and private companies in their outbound investments and has also acted for domestic companies in their outbound investment transactions. 


Ms. Li has acted in various M&A and private equity financing transactions. She has represented investment institutions and startup companies in their private equity financing in transactions of significant size and complexity. 


Ms. Li has been recognized as an “Exceptional Lawyer” at JunHe for many years.


Before joining JunHe, Ms. Li worked at a leading international law firm where she advised a variety of Hong Kong Listed SOEs on compliance matters.
