Ms. Li Meng has extensive experience in labor and employment law. Since joining JunHe’s Beijing office in 2014, she has drafted, revised and completed a variety of employment documents, such as employee handbooks, employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, non-compete agreements, mutual termination agreements and unilateral termination notices. Ms. Li has participated in and assisted in daily legal consultations regarding labor and employment law for many multinational companies and provided legal services for large-scale employee settlement projects during corporate restructurings, closures or other strategic arrangements. She has also handled large-scale collective labor dispute cases.
Ms. Li has represented many Fortune 500 companies and prominent state-owned and private enterprises.
